The Opportunity

Connect, innovate, open new markets and increase organizational delivery potential.”

Case One: Imagine running a Japanese company that makes a revolutionary ground water treatment machine that is compact, uses no chemicals, treats several contaminant simultaneously and is almost maintenance free. Although you have been really successful in your home market, you have almost no awareness of your product in North America, Europe and Australia. How would you begin to develop a strategy for successfully entering one or more of these markets?

Case Two: Imagine you are a multinational engineering consulting company with strong home markets in both North America and Europe, but do not have a presence in South Asia, Southeast Asia or China. Although you know how to work offshore, where do you start in opening-up significant new markets in either South Asia, Southeast Asia or China?

Answering these questions is what I do, working through the assets of Reiter IWS. The process is one of combining knowledge, innovation, strategy and advice for effective delivery to meet the potential opportunities.
